It has been a seamless and enjoyable experience right from the very moment I enquired about French classes. I feel they asked all the right questions and understood exactly what I wanted. My tutor has a genuine interest in me and my language development. It's not the kind of school where you get an answer machine; there is a definite personal touch. I feel able to contact my teacher any time and have been met without fail with a voice on the other end, eager to help. Since starting lessons over a few months ago, I have been contacted regularly to make sure all is still going well. And it is...I am being challenged and feel real improvement is being made. I really look forward to my lessons every week.
